1. Introduction
   These Terms govern use of Taraipi Automation and TWS products, services, IMS, and platforms by all users. Use implies acceptance.

2. Payments
   Payments must be made only via official channels (M-Pesa Paybill 516600, KopoKopo Till 8930684, DTB Bank A/c 0283532001, Pesapal). Unauthorized payments or local agreements are not recognized; no liability for such transactions.

3. Warranty & Liability
   No warranty or liability for unauthorized work or payments. Taraipi disclaims all liability for failures due to non-official agreements.

4. Use of Services
   Users must use services per their role and only for official purposes.

5. Data Protection
   We comply with Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019. Personal data is processed lawfully with consent. Contact privacy@taraipi.com for data requests.

6. Confidentiality & IP
   All users are bound by confidentiality and NDA. Taraipi owns all IP rights to its software and materials.

7. Force Majeure
   No liability for delays or failures caused by events beyond control (e.g., disasters, strikes).

8. Governing Law
   These Terms are governed by Kenyan law. Disputes resolved in Kenyan courts.

9. Limitation of Liability
   Taraipi not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Changes
    Terms may be updated anytime; continued use means acceptance.
